Title IX Overhaul: Keeping up With the Federal Regulatory Changes
On May 6, 2020, the U.S. Department of Education released new Title IX regulations which has several major changes that impact how K-12 institutions address sex discrimination in their schools. School districts are working in earnest to understand and implement these new legal requirements by the August 14, 2020 effective date.
