Let’s face it – regardless of how great the documents may be, they will not be effective if not completed correctly. We will discuss how the LLB documents are structured for initial procurement, preconstruction services, GMP approval, and change orders. This webinar will discuss what the various options in the documents mean so that required provisions can be included and unnecessary provisions can be reserved or deleted. Having this knowledge will help eliminate or reduce enforceability challenges and disputes later on. The use of DWK LLB documents will make it easier to follow along but is not required to attend this webinar.
