Samuel R. Santana is a Shareholder in the firm’s Long Beach office. He has extensive experience in dealing with business, construction, procurement and real estate issues for school district, community college district and county office of education clients. Sam also has extensive public finance experience having served as bond counsel, district counsel and special counsel for school districts on general obligation bond, parcel tax and special tax bond transactions.

Sam first practiced law with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) after receiving a prestigious Skadden Fellowship from the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

He is a frequent presenter and conducts workshops and classes on procurement, public works, municipal finance, technology issues and related topics for various groups and organizations throughout the State of California.
