Samuel R. Santana is a Shareholder in the firm’s Long Beach office. He has extensive experience in dealing with business, construction and real estate issues for school district and community college district clients. Sam also has public finance experience having served as bond counsel and district counsel for school districts on general obligation bond and special tax bond transactions.
Sam first practiced law with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) after receiving a prestigious Skadden Fellowship from the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
He has extensive experience conducting workshops and classes on procurement, public works, municipal finance and related topics for various groups and organizations throughout the State of California.
