Sam Atabay Bidgoli is an Associate in our Long Beach Office and a member of the firm’s Business, Property and Construction practice group. Sam has experience working with California’s ever-evolving housing laws and the California Environmental Quality Act. He also regularly advises clients on the Brown Act, the California Public Records Act, the Political Reform Act, and the California Voting Rights Act.

Sam previously worked at a Bay Area firm, where he assisted both private developers and municipalities. He also has served as a post-bar law clerk at the Oakland City Attorney’s Office, a law clerk with the United States Senate Rules Committee, an intern with the California Attorney General’s Office, an extern with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and an intern with the Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office.

Sam earned his B.S in economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and his J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly, University of California, Hastings College of the Law). As a law student, he was the recipient of the UC Hastings Leadership Award thanks to his work as President of the Iranian Law Students Association.
