Racquel Muindi is an Associate in our Long Beach Office and a member of the firm’s Business and Property and Public Finance practice groups. Racquel represents school districts and education entities in the financing and refinancing of educational facilities and advises on real property matters including leasing, joint developments, property exchanges, acquisitions, and dispositions. Racquel also has significant experience advising clients on public works procurement methods and financing models and guiding public entities and private developers through complex project delivery transactions.
