Pamela S. Townsend is a Shareholder in the San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, Personnel, Students, and Special Education Practice Groups. Pam advises on employee discipline issues and has represented school districts in classified and certificated dismissal hearings. She works extensively with school districts on investigation, resolution, and appeals of complaints on all topics, including employees, students, and community concerns.

Pam regularly presents, advises, and represents school districts statewide regarding student matters in all areas, including special education disputes, Title IX, Section 504, student discipline matters, student and public records, foster and homeless youth, and supporting gender-diverse students at school.
