Attorneys

Megan Resnik is an Associate in our San Diego Office and a member of the firm’s Students and Special Education practice group. She works with school districts statewide providing counsel and advising on all matters involving students and special education, including IEP meetings and due process hearings. Prior to joining the firm, Megan spent two years as a law clerk in the Massachusetts Juvenile Court.

While attending Boston College Law School, Megan was a student attorney in the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program and was named a Public Interest Designation Program Fellow. Upon graduation from law school, Megan was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll.
