Loren A. Carjulia is Of Counsel in the San Francisco office. He has been involved in education law for thirty-five years, joining Dannis Woliver Kelley in 2011. He represents school districts in a variety of matters including student discipline, free speech rights, student records and privacy, discrimination claims and attendance disputes, employee rights, layoffs and discipline, governing board matters, the Public Records Act, campus safety issues, complaints and investigations, and administrative hearings. He has presented before governing boards and administrators on subjects such as The Brown Act, employee and student investigations, school disruptions, and student searches and discipline.
