Jocelyn F. Pietsch
Jocelyn F. Pietsch is Special Counsel in the San Francisco office and is a member of the Business, Property, and Construction Practice Group. Jocelyn is a bond attorney who focuses her practice on financing and refinancing of educational facilities for school districts. She has extensive experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel on both short-term and long-term financings including general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, bond anticipation notes and tax and revenue anticipation notes.
Prior to joining Dannis Woliver Kelley, Jocelyn was an associate for over five years with a national law firm whose practice is devoted to public finance and public projects.
While in law school, Jocelyn was a member and Senior Symposium Editor of the UC Davis Law Review. Jocelyn also served as a judicial extern for Presiding Judge Donna Hitchens of the San Francisco Superior Court. Prior to law school, Jocelyn worked as a constituent services representative for Senator Dianne Feinstein and specialized in health and aging policy issues.
