Attorneys

Javier is an Associate and is in our San Francisco Office. He has experience in contract law and energy law. Prior to DWK, Javier worked at PG&E in their Energy Procurement & Policy department, focusing on procurement of renewable offset credits and allowances to meet Cap and Trade compliance.

Javier earned his B.S in mathematical economics from Oregon State University, and his J.D. from Santa Clara School of Law. As a law student, he was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mergers & Acquisitions.
