Ellyn Moscowitz is Of Counsel in the Berkeley office. Ellyn graduated from Golden Gate Law School in 1987. She is admitted to the California State Bar, all District courts in California, as well as the 9th Circuit. She is also a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar. Ellyn practices in the Litigation Department and has extensive experience with Labor and Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She has experience in Labor Negotiations, Grievance Procedures and all aspects of Litigation including complex, class action lawsuits and General Liability Litigation. She was also a Law Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, teaching Litigation skills, Legal Research and Writing, Labor Law and Appellate Advocacy. She is the author of two textbooks and four law review articles in the field of Labor Relations.
