Daniel C. Lowe
Daniel Lowe is Special Counsel in the San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Students and Special Education, Charter Schools, and Labor, Employment and Personnel Practice Groups. He has represented school districts and community colleges, focusing his practice on employer-employee relations, employee disciplinary matters, layoffs, special education, and other state and federal laws.
Prior to joining Dannis Woliver Kelley, Daniel was an associate at an education law firm. He also worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office and clerked at San Diego Superior Court. While at the University of San Diego School of Law, Daniel received the Alec L. Cory award at commencement and was a founder of the Journal on Climate and Energy Law.
