Bryan J. Park
Bryan J. Park is a Shareholder in the Long Beach office and is a member of the Labor, Employment, and Personnel (LEAP), Litigation, and Charter Schools Practice Groups. Bryan represents school districts in various labor and employment matters, including certificated and classified discipline, discrimination complaints, employee investigations, grievance handling, labor relations, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. His practice also focuses on assisting school districts with charter school issues, including the petition review process and charter school oversight and compliance. Bryan is involved in a variety of litigation matters including cases involving charter schools and constitutional issues concerning student education rights.
During law school, Bryan served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Asian Pacific American Law Journal and as a member of the UCLA Moot Court Honors Executive Board. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Steven C. Suzukawa of the California Court of Appeal and for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
