Amy Rogers is a Shareholder in the San Diego Office and a member of the firm’s Student and Special Education and Charter Schools practice groups. Amy advises school districts and county offices of education statewide regarding all areas of special education law and regularly represents clients in IEP meetings, 504 meetings, resolution sessions, mediation and due process hearings. Amy also provides counsel on unique and diverse student issues such as the protection of student privacy in the digital age and serving the needs of foster and homeless youth.

As a member of the Charter Schools practice group, Amy advises clients on a wide range of issues related to charter schools including the charter petition and review process, charter school renewals, and charter school compliance with federal and state laws.
