Andre Kim serves as a Special Counsel in the San Diego office. As a member of the firm’s Business, Property and Construction practice group, Andre advises institutions and its leaders on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, offering actionable legal solutions. With a legal career spanning both federal service and private practice, Andre brings deep experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, managing legal risk, and supporting institutional decision making.

Prior to joining DWK, Andre served as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. Andre is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served over 20 years in both enlisted and officer ranks, including service on active duty as a judge advocate.
