Shameka Shaheed practices in the Labor Employment and Personnel Practice Group and advises public employers on matters of labor, employment, and personnel. Shameka has extensive experience in collective bargaining with experience in negotiations on both the employee and management sides. She specializes in compliance issues, including hiring, employee classifications, leave of absence, performance management, grievances, and terminations.

In law school, Shameka received the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award for outstanding service, achievement, and commitment to the University of North Dakota.
