Reid Shannon is a Shareholder in the firm’s Long Beach office and a member of the Business, Property, and Construction and Litigation practice groups. He advises public entities on all aspects of construction projects, including planning, procurement, contracting, dispute resolution, and litigation. Reid drafts and negotiates contracts for professional and construction services, bringing deep experience across a range of project delivery methods. He also represents clients in pursuing or defending claims involving contractors and design professionals.

Reid regularly speaks at industry conferences and webinars, including events hosted by the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) and the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO). His presentations cover topics such as construction delivery methods, facility maintenance projects, contractor disputes, and annual legal updates.
