Dannis Woliver Kelley Elevations and Announcements

San Francisco, CA – Dannis Woliver Kelley, California’s premier education law firm, is very pleased to announce the elevation of Shareholders Roman Munoz and Marie Nakamura to Equity Shareholders. DWK managing shareholder Candace Bandoian said “Roman and Marie’s statewide reputations for excellence, their immeasurable contributions to the firm, clients and education community, and their experience with law firm management make them a natural fit with DWK, and a welcome addition to the equity table.”

DWK is also excited to announce that Matthew Juhl-Darlington and Peter Rittling have been elevated to Shareholders of the firm. Matt is a member of the Students and Special Education; Labor, Employment and Personnel (LEAP); and Litigation Practice Groups and works in DWK’s Chico, San Francisco and San Rafael offices. Peter is based in the San Francisco office and is a member of the Labor, Employment and Personnel (LEAP) Practice Group. Peter has extensive experience representing public and private sector clients in a wide range of legal matters and forums with a focus on employment litigation and traditional labor law.

In addition, DWK is very proud to announce the elevation of Rachel Brilliant to Special Counsel. Rachel is a member of the Business, Property, and Construction and Litigation Practice Groups and works in DWK’s San Francisco office. As an experienced litigator, Rachel has represented and defended clients in a variety of cases and successfully resolved many matters at mediation and trial.
