Ryan Donoghue is an Associate in the Sacramento office and is a member of the firm’s Business & Property, Construction, and Litigation practice groups. Ryan assists school and community college districts in transactions as well as litigation arising out of facilities construction. His experience includes drafting business and property agreements, phases of planning and construction, CEQA compliance, and board resolutions.
Prior to joining DWK, Ryan clerked for two state departments, focusing on administrative adjudication, facility permitting, government contracting, and rulemaking. He also clerked at civil litigation firms, gaining experience with pleadings, pre-trial motions, and discovery. During law school, Ryan was an active mentor and member of the McGeorge Rugby Club.
