Rachel Brilliant is Special Counsel in DWK’s San Francisco office and a member of the Business and Property, Construction, and Litigation practice groups. Rachel represents school districts and community colleges in a wide variety of matters. Her services include counseling clients in all phases of planning and construction of educational facilities, drafting and negotiating business, facility, and property agreements, including construction documents and other construction-related professional service agreements, and handling pre-litigation and litigation related to facilities construction. As an experienced litigator, Rachel has represented and defended clients in a variety of cases and successfully resolved many matters at mediation and trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked for nine years representing private clients in construction and commercial litigation. Her broad range of experience makes her an effective advisor in contract negotiation and the formation of risk management strategies.
