James Ebiner is an Associate in the Long Beach office and a member of the Labor, Employment and Personnel practice group. He has experience assisting public agencies with a wide variety of labor and personnel matters including collective bargaining, leaves administration, and employee discipline.
Prior to joining the firm, James worked several years for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, starting as a Legal Technician and most recently as a Labor Relations Associate.
