Bennett Givens is an Associate in the Long Beach office of Dannis Woliver Kelley and is a member of the Business, Property & Construction practice group. Bennett has focused his practice on advising and representing clients on a wide variety of administrative and transactional public law issues and disputes. He previously worked with one of California’s largest municipal law firms, where he represented numerous cities, towns, counties, joint power authorities, and special districts.
Bennett received his law degree from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). During law school, he completed externships with the Honorable Judge Ernest M. Robles at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Bennett received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he double majored in Political Science and International Studies.
