Angus Beverly is an Associate and is in our Long Beach Office and a member of the firm’s Business, Property and Construction practice group. Before joining DWK Angus was a real estate attorney, where his practice focused on a broad spectrum of real estate matters involving acquisition and disposition, lease negotiations, financing, developer and asset management of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. With prior experience in incidental matters such and land use and zoning, Angus is able to utilize a unique cross-disciplinary approach when advising clients regarding environmentally impacted properties, Angus is included on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America list for 2023 and 2024 in Real Estate Law and Land use and Zoning law and frequently authors articles on real estate-related topics.
