Amanda Hutchins is an Associate in the Sacramento office of Dannis Woliver Kelley and is a member of the Students and Special Education and Litigation practice groups. Amanda is dedicated to making our institutions better, including public schools and how they serve students. Prior to working at Dannis Woliver Kelley, Amanda focused her practice on defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice and complex elder and dependent adult abuse allegations but always had an affinity for and desire to help shape the educational community. She also has previous experience in personal injury and employment law matters and represented employees in employment disputes with employers.
During her time in law school, Amanda served as a law clerk, was a member of both Phi Alpha Delta and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and studied abroad both summers to Nice, France and Hangzhou, China to gain a more global view of the legal world and broaden her horizons. She was also a member of the Prelaw Society while attending San Diego State University.
