DWK's August 2010 Update to Front End Documents

Good front end contract documents are a key to a successful construction project. By now you have received DWK's bulletin regarding the recent changes in labor compliance requirements for districts with state-funded construction projects or other projects requiring labor compliance. Our firm has recently updated our front end documents to incorporate these requirements as well as new storm water, lead paint, disabled veteran business enterprise and other requirements.
A complete set of the updated Division 0 and Division 1 documents in WORD on a CD-ROM disc with a binder with one year of free updates is available for $1,800. The documents are designed with prompts that are adjusted to meet the district's or the project's needs. If you have previously purchased these documents, a subscription to one year of updates is available for $250.
